Personal Coaching: to understand the present and create the future

I help you clarify what matters most, specify what you want to create, and with your permission, hold you accountable for acting on your dreams.

My personal success coaching helps you practice, honour commitments, learn from experience, build momentum, and follow-through to results. Together, we celebrate your successes!

Personal on-on-one coaching fees start at $75 or $225 for 4 sessions. These will usually last a month, although sometimes they may be spread over a longer (or shorter) period. There are also group programs and teleseminud cost, although these are naturally not as individually powerful as a directed one-on-one session.

NOTES: Based on your convenience coaching is performed by phone, at your home, or your office. Out-of-town (out of Toronto, ON, Canada) inquiries are performed only by phone.

Corporate Coaching: to build a happy productive workplace

Imagine a team that is happy, rested and incredibly productive. The 5-Step Work-Life Balance Coaching Program supports you in achieving just that. Through this program your employees learn the skills required to define, establish and maintain a healthy balance in their personal and professional lives.

I can support you in providing your employees with the tools they need to find balance in work and life, which translates into employee retention, higher profitability and a better working environment for your company.

These fees start at $95 per session (per employee) and could be as high as $150 per session (per employee). The exact amount will depend upon the specific circumstances and the amount of involvement required.

For out-of-town (out of Toronto, ON, Canada) inquiries, all of out-of-town Travel Time, Travel Expenses, including but not limited to Transportation, Accomodation, Meals, ... will be charged at cost (with submission of original receipts).

Seminars and Presentations: to create a vision of the path ahead

Do you want to motivate and inspire?

Let me create a presentation for your organization, conference or event. I can provide a safe space for your group to explore their passions. Your audience will walk away inspired and with tangible action steps to follow through.

Fees for Seminars are based on a many factors but typically a three hour Seminar which includes group work through and feedback is $275 - $450.

Terms of Requesting Appointments:

• Although we will do our best to respond to the Appointment Requests at our earliest possible time, please allow up to 24 hours for Rest Assured Bodyworks to process your request.
  
  
• All the Appointment Requests will be processed on a First-Come First-Serve basis.
  
  
• If a Non Prepaid Appointment request overlaps with a Prepaid Appoint request, the priority will be awarded to Prepaid Appointment request.
  NOTE: The above term does not apply to Already Scheduled Appointments.
  
  
• For all Telephone Consultations (such as Astrology, Angel Card Reading, ...), appointments will be booked upon receipt of full payments.
  
  
• To reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  
  
• To cancell prepaid Telephone Consultations (such as Astrology, Angel Card Reading, ...) please call at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment for a full refund, or 24 hours for 50% refund.
  NOTE: The above term is due to advance preparation by consultants for your session, therefore their effort for this preparation must be appreciated.
  
  
• To cancell all other appointments please call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment for no-charge or full refund (in case of prepaid appointment).
  
  
• All no-shows are subject to the full payment of the session.
  Next appointments will be scheduled upon full payment of the previous no-show session and in case of pre-paid appointments we regret there won't be any refund applicable for no-show sessions!
