If you are new to astrology, here are some things to bear in mind:

• Although Michele offers a range of services (below), if she has never done a reading for you, then she will start with your natal chart, since all other services rely on an understanding of the natal chart.
• Please provide Michele with your day, month and year of birth and, whenever possible, an accurate birth time. She also needs to know your city of birth, as well as where you currently live.
• Please allow for approximately 60 to 90 minutes for a consultation. Michelle consults in-person, and over the phone.
• The information that you provide Michelle with, as well as the reading that she provides for you, is confidential. You may choose to discuss your reading with others, but be assured that she will never discuss your chart with anyone other than you.
• Payment for services can be made by credit card over the secure PayPal internet payment (below) or if you have a PayPal Account, send directly through Michelle's Paypal account @ starstruckastrology@sympatico.ca.
  Consultations are scheduled upon receipt of payment.
• Should you need to reschedule your consultation, please call as soon as possible.
• Should you need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for a full refund.
  If you provide 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50%.

Terms of Requesting Appointments:

• Although we will do our best to respond to the Appointment Requests at our earliest possible time, please allow up to 24 hours for Rest Assured Bodyworks to process your request.
  
  
• All the Appointment Requests will be processed on a First-Come First-Serve basis.
  
  
• If a Non Prepaid Appointment request overlaps with a Prepaid Appoint request, the priority will be awarded to Prepaid Appointment request.
  NOTE: The above term does not apply to Already Scheduled Appointments.
  
  
• For all Telephone Consultations (such as Astrology, Angel Card Reading, ...), appointments will be booked upon receipt of full payments.
  
  
• To reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  
  
• To cancell prepaid Telephone Consultations (such as Astrology, Angel Card Reading, ...) please call at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment for a full refund, or 24 hours for 50% refund.
  NOTE: The above term is due to advance preparation by consultants for your session, therefore their effort for this preparation must be appreciated.
  
  
• To cancell all other appointments please call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment for no-charge or full refund (in case of prepaid appointment).
  
  
• All no-shows are subject to the full payment of the session.
  Next appointments will be scheduled upon full payment of the previous no-show session and in case of pre-paid appointments we regret there won't be any refund applicable for no-show sessions!
