Ellen has wonderful intuitive gifts which she uses freely in all of the modalities which she practices.
A little over 15 years ago, she was introduced to Reiki and learned all levels with her sister. It was through the study of the Usui Method of Reiki that
Ellen discovered that there is more to this world than meets the eye. Through awakening to her gifts, Ellen began to understand that there was a field of
energy that could be used to help her connect to people and their needs on a deeper, more profound level.
After practicing her new-found skills and talents on close family and friends for several years, she decided to pursue other holistic modalities.
Ellen has achieved the highest level in Reiki. She not only practices it but enjoys the opportunity to teach others how to discover what she now uses freely
in all of her sessions.
Prior to entering into the health and wellness field, Ellen worked in the printing industry for over 20 years. She enjoys riding horses (English style)
and has been doing so for the past 8 years. Ellen is a lover of all animals and enjoys doing a lot of distance healing as well as hands-on energy work with
animals of all shapes, sizes, and breeds.
Ellen's own journey has awakened her to the awareness, power, and grace that abides within her. She has embraced the importance of forgiveness in moving
forward and achieving a healthy balance in all areas.
